Cover posted at South Kensington om May 20 1905 to Washington DC at the 2½d imternational surface rate, arriving on May 27. A 2 cent George Washington stamp was added to pay the US domestic rate for forwarding the next day to Bowling Green, Kentucky which was received on My 30th.
